Happy 3-rd birthday Olivia Grace.
Saturday Jan. 31st... 2:47 pm... A feeling of relief ... A cry... Two little hands grabbing on to the dr.'s pointer fingers... Announcement...She is here...ALIVE...
- Finally a deep breath...We'll name her Olivia Grace ...
A squeeze of hands,tears of joy, a kiss in the forehead and prayers.... Lots of prayers as we saw our little angel being taken away to NICU to start her unknown journey ...
- a journey of Miracles ...
I don't even know from when to start my thankfullnes ...
Thank you God for:
- keeping our minds sane during the pregnancy when we discovered every week a new diagnose & why our baby wasn't gonna be born alive
- for assigning wonderful doctors & nurses to take care of our Livi
- for wonderful family & friends that were always there and prayed (& still do) with us everyday.
-and above all, for making her a walking testimony...
Somebody told me once that she is here to bring people smiles on their faces... - No matter how bad your day is once you meet or see Olivia you can't stop but smiling. She has a way to bring happiness to your day...

Dr. visit update
Olivia's labs have been steady for the past 4 months. Today she weight 29lb and grew almost 2 inch so measured at 32.3/4" long.... a slow progress but anything is better than none.
Beside labs they check for her kidney creatnine (toxin's discharge from kidney for functionality)and it had gone up quite a bit from 1.07 to 1.57 but the dr. assured me that as long as it doesn't reach 1.70 they have it under control as long as she gets more fluids to wash her toxin's out of her body... Extra fluid is definately managable since Olivia LOVES water so will take the rest of good news and go on to hopefully switching some of her eating regiment around... idealy would love to substitute some of her baby formula to reg food...

A super eventfull month...
I just have to start by saying...phewwwwwwwww.........
There have been so many events happening this month that has made it a month to remember FOREVER...
At first after 2-3 months in the market we sold our condo :)( thx to Mike R) to a very nice lady that I think is going to appreciate all the hard work that Peter has put into it.
Second, in the same week we found a new house that we made an offer and that's when the excitement begins... they denied it twice -they accepted it-we did inspection/appraisal and made a request for a fix up- they denied it again and put it back on the market and accepted another offer....so after 3 weeks of ups and downs on July 11-th we learned that is a no go deal....but waiiiit....as we're putting together our next house-hunting list our friend Mike(realtor) called 3 days later and said that it might not be done................................................ ………………………………………..if you think there is too many dots, imagine waiting for another week & half to find out FOR SURE that WE GOT THE HOUSE....so thankful for GOD and awesome realtor :))).
So as we empty and depart from our first home :( this Friday prepare to enter to the real homeowner world with a real house to where we are responsible for everything , that goes wrong that is…haha…
Peter’s parents are being generous at letting us stay with them until we close on Aug-15th so thanks mom & dad :).
In the midst of all of this caos Olivia caught 2 bad viruses and was sick for most of the month but thankfully she is feeling better now and is super exited to get a new bigger room.
Prayers are always appreciated for a smooth closing cuz it’s not over until we get those keys and sign those papers.
